I have had blogs in the past. But I lost interest rapidly. It also struck me as slightly creepy and unnerving to put myself out there before so many unknown people.
I had a tumblr blog, the idea of which was to post my pen and ink drawings. And then I got lost in the sticky web that is tumblr. And forgot to do any pen and ink drawings. It was not the paradise I had hoped for.
I had a wordpress blog, too. That was many, many years ago. I was trying to post musings, ramblings, etc. And I got derailed from those ramblings by other ramblings.
So, as the year draws to a close, perhaps even ends if the Mayan are correct, I am beginning yet another blog. But this time, I am following the lead of a few friends and other blogs I follow. The purpose of this blog is to highlight a new adventure I am undertaking: I am going to commit to studying art fulltime. I want to document that process as well as the process of running my Etsy shop, which is more about craft.
